Haggar Names Stephen Croncota Chief Marketing Officer

Dallas, Feb. 2, 2006 - Haggar Clothing Co. announced today the appointment of Stephen Croncota to Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately. In this role, Croncota will oversee all marketing communications, promotions, public relations, licensing and online. Croncota will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Lewis.

Prior to joining Haggar, Croncota was Head of Worldwide Marketing at Versace in Milan, Italy. Previously, Croncota held the positions of Senior Vice President and Worldwide Creative Director at Turner Broadcasting and Warner Bros., Senior Vice President Marketing for E! Networks, and Director of Marketing for Details Magazine at Conde Nast.

Jim Lewis, Haggar's President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "Stephen's extensive experience in the worlds of fashion, lifestyle and entertainment will help us to realize our very ambitious plans for Haggar during the coming months and years."
